1. 30-Day Free Return Policy
We offer a 30-day free return policy from the date of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full exchange or refund under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
We cover all return courier costs, provided the product meets the eligibility criteria.
2. 3-Day Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method (EFT or bank transfer).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
If you have not received your refund after 3 business days, please contact our accounts department for assistance.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items do not qualify for a return or refund:
- Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Customized or special-order solar systems that are built to customer specifications.
- Batteries, inverters, or electrical components that have been tampered with or modified.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for an inspection or exchange at no additional cost to you.
- In cases where the item cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued.
5. Warranty-Related Returns
All our solar equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we will assist you in processing the warranty claim in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
Please note that warranty claims differ from general returns and may require additional processing time.
6. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
- Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide courier instructions.
- Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
7. Refund Exceptions
- Refunds will not be issued for products returned in a damaged or incomplete state.
- Refunds may be reduced if the returned product shows signs of wear, installation, or use.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged.
