Order Acceptance and Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once payment has been received and confirmed, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If a product is unavailable or additional verification is required, customers will be contacted promptly before dispatch.


Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, deliveries are typically completed within 2 to 4 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

In accordance with the CPA:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees
  • Customers will be notified if a material delay is anticipated

Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional time.


Courier Services

Greentech Power Solutions makes use of reputable third-party courier companies operating within South Africa. Couriers are selected based on reliability, coverage, and handling standards suitable for solar and electrical products.

Risk associated with delivery remains with Greentech Power Solutions until the goods are delivered to the customer or their authorised representative, as required under the CPA.


Shipping Costs and Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery destination
  • Courier service requirements

All applicable shipping charges are disclosed to the customer prior to final order confirmation or invoicing. No hidden shipping fees are added after checkout.


Delivery Address and Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • The delivery address provided is accurate and complete
  • Safe and reasonable access is available for courier delivery

Greentech Power Solutions will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details:

  • The courier may reschedule delivery
  • Additional delivery fees may apply

Customers will be notified where possible.


Inspection Upon Delivery

In accordance with Section 19 of the CPA, customers are encouraged to inspect goods upon delivery. If packaging appears visibly damaged, customers should:

  • Note the damage on the courier delivery note
  • Notify Greentech Power Solutions within 48 hours

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If goods are delivered damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, customers must notify Greentech Power Solutions within 48 hours of receipt via email at info@gtpowersolutions.co.za.

Supporting information such as photographs and order references may be required to assist with assessment and resolution.


Ownership and Risk

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer only once full payment has been received and the goods have been successfully delivered.

Risk of loss or damage remains with Greentech Power Solutions until delivery is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Force Majeure

Greentech Power Solutions shall not be held liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Industrial action
  • Road closures
  • Courier operational disruptions
  • National emergencies
