  • Prices may exclude delivery or installation fees unless specified
  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch or installation

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at checkout or invoicing stage.

5. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. An order is considered accepted only once:

  • Payment has been confirmed, and
  • An order confirmation or invoice has been issued

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days (estimated)

Risk of loss or damage remains with Greentech Power Solutions until delivery to the customer, as required under the CPA.

7. Installation Services

Where installation services are provided:

  • Installation timelines are estimates and subject to site conditions
  • Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable site access
  • Additional costs may apply if site conditions differ from initial assessment

Installation labour fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless required by law.

8. Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, Act 68 of 2008.

Customers retain all statutory rights relating to:

  • Fair value
  • Safe, good-quality goods
  • Returns, repairs, replacements, and refunds

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Key points include:

  • 14-day return period for eligible non-defective items
  • 6-month defect protection under the CPA
  • Refunds processed within 14 business days once approved

10. Warranties

Products may carry manufacturer warranties. These warranties:

  • Are separate from CPA rights
  • Do not replace statutory protections

Warranty claims must comply with manufacturer terms and conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law:

  • Greentech Power Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Liability is limited to the value of the product or service supplied

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
