Multiple issues, poor communication and low skilled staff who don’t know what they are doing, our system was initially configured incorrectly. They aren’t very helpful and I wouldn’t recommend them. Find a different installer. Update: a month after posting this rating, their very expensive system has started failing... Every day the system beeps and then shows different failure reasons and switches off, leaving us without power. We are now working with a different company to try figure out what’s wrong with the hardware. The system is less than 6 months old. The new company we are working with say this system is top grade and should never fail. There are minor finishes to be completed, and the team have not returned at all to do this. How is this quality service ? 2. On day of installation, your team arrives without the necessary tools for the job, proceeds to use the customer tools, breaks it, and does not replace it. 3. Arrives at site without all the necessary parts for the job.
